John DeLucchi
John is the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Madison Pacific Properties Inc. (“Company”). John brings significant experience to the Company, including having spent the past three years as President and CEO of Madison Venture Corporation, the Company’s largest shareholder, and over 35 years with PwC. During his time with PwC, John served as the BC Region Managing Partner from 2009 to 2017 and was a member of PwC’s National Board of Directors from 2018 to 2020. John was part of PwC’s National Extended Leadership Team from 2008 to 2017 and held various other leadership roles during his time at PwC. John primarily worked with companies operating internationally that were either publicly listed in the U.S. and Canada or large, professionally managed private companies. John also worked with several clients in the real estate industry as well as other sectors. John currently serves as a Director on the Board of Canuck Place Children’s Hospice and previously served on the Boards of several business associations and not for profit organizations, including the Business Council of BC, Covenant House Vancouver, and The United Way of the Lower Mainland.
Bernice Yip
Bernice has been the Chief Financial Officer of Madison Pacific Properties since 2021. Bernice served as the Company’s Senior Director of Finance, prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer. Bernice has many years of financial management experience having served in various financial roles during her career. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia and has been a Chartered Professional Accountant since 2006.
Nathan Worbets
As Senior Vice President Asset Management and Development, Nathan brings a wealth of real estate experience and passion in maximizing the value of a national portfolio. Having joined Madison in 2016 as Vice President, Development Nathan led the successful execution of various industrial and commercial development and renovation projects across the portfolio. His role has expanded to include strategic planning, development, acquisitions, asset management, lease negotiation and operational initiatives. With over 25 years of experience Nathan has held progressively senior roles throughout his career.
Prior experience includes various development roles over 16 years with Morguard Investments Limited across western Canada in retail, office, industrial and residential projects preceded by several years of residential property management experience in the Lower Mainland. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UBC in Urban Land Economics and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004.
Nathan is a past President of the Real Estate Institute of BC and currently serves on the Development Issues and Government Relations Committee of the local Vancouver Chapter of NAIOP.
Rob Hackett
Rob joined Madison Pacific in 2010 as Vice President, Property Management and has over 35 years of property, facility and asset management experience. Rob has previously worked with BUK Investments, Bentall and BCR Properties. He holds both the RPA and FMA professional designations and is a licenced broker in Property Management services.
