Dino Di Marco
Dino Di Marco brings more than two decades of financial and operational leadership experience to his role, underpinned by deep knowledge of Madison’s business and strategic priorities. From 2013 to 2021, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the company, where he played a central role in guiding financial strategy, capital management, and growth initiatives.
Most recently, Mr. Di Marco was President and Chief Executive Officer of Madison Industrial Group, where he oversaw expansion initiatives and operational performance across the portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of senior leadership positions within the Madison Group, contributing to the success of its real estate and investment activities.
Mr. Di Marco is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has also held leadership roles in the multi-residential development and technology sectors, bringing a cross-industry perspective to his work. His experience in real estate, finance, governance, and operations uniquely positions him to drive Madison’s continued growth and value creation.
Bernice Yip
Bernice has been the Chief Financial Officer of Madison Pacific Properties since 2021. Bernice served as the Company’s Senior Director of Finance, prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer. Bernice has many years of financial management experience having served in various financial roles during her career. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia and has been a Chartered Professional Accountant since 2006.
Nathan Worbets
As Senior Vice President Asset Management and Development, Nathan brings a wealth of real estate experience and passion in maximizing the value of a national portfolio. Having joined Madison in 2016 as Vice President, Development Nathan led the successful execution of various industrial and commercial development and renovation projects across the portfolio. His role has expanded to include strategic planning, development, acquisitions, asset management, lease negotiation and operational initiatives. With over 25 years of experience Nathan has held progressively senior roles throughout his career.
Prior experience includes various development roles over 16 years with Morguard Investments Limited across western Canada in retail, office, industrial and residential projects preceded by several years of residential property management experience in the Lower Mainland. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UBC in Urban Land Economics and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004.
Nathan is a past President of the Real Estate Institute of BC and currently serves on the Development Issues and Government Relations Committee of the local Vancouver Chapter of NAIOP.
Rob Hackett
Rob joined Madison Pacific in 2010 as Vice President, Property Management and has over 35 years of property, facility and asset management experience. Rob has previously worked with BUK Investments, Bentall and BCR Properties. He holds both the RPA and FMA professional designations and is a licenced broker in Property Management services.
