The Team
Dino Di Marco
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dino is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Madison Pacific Properties, where he oversees financial and operational strategy, capital management, and growth initiatives. He joined the company in 2013, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in real estate, investment, and development.
Prior to joining Madison Pacific Properties, Dino served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Madison Industrial Group, where he oversaw expansion initiatives, operational performance, and investment activities. He has also held leadership roles in the multi-residential development and technology sectors, bringing a cross-industry perspective to his work.
Dino is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). His expertise in finance governance and operations positions him to drive Madison’s continued growth and value creation.
Bernice Yip
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Bernice Yip has been the Chief Financial Officer at Madison Pacific Properties since 2021. As Chief Financial Officer, Bernice leads the financial and tax strategy, accounting, and information technology at Madison Pacific Properties.
Bernice brings extensive experience in financial management, having served in various financial roles throughout her career. Before stepping into her current leadership position, she was Madison Pacific Properties’ Senior Director of Finance. Her career also includes tax leadership roles at publicly traded companies in the biotech and business information and media sectors.
Bernice holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia and has been a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) since 2006.
Nathan Worbets
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ASSET MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Nathan is the Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Development at Madison Pacific Properties, where his role includes strategic planning, development, acquisitions, asset management, lease negotiation and operational initiatives. He joined Madison in 2016 as Vice President, Development, and has more than 25 years of real estate experience.
Prior to joining Madison, Nathan spent 16 years with Morguard Investments Limited, holding progressively senior development roles across western Canada, where he managed retail, office, industrial and residential projects.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004. He is a past President of the Real Estate Institute of BC and serves on the Development Issues and Government Relations Committee of the Vancouver Chapter of CREDA.
Rob Hackett
VICE PRESIDENT, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Rob is the Vice President, Property Management at Madison Pacific Properties, where he leads comprehensive property, facility, and asset management initiatives across the company’s diverse portfolio. Since joining Madison in 2010, he has overseen leasing, construction and operational management, capital planning, and tenant relations, bringing more than 35 years of broad experience in managing large and diverse real estate holdings.
Prior to Madison, Rob held senior property management positions with BUK Investments, Bentall, and BCR Properties, where he provided strategic management expertise to significant and complex real estate portfolios.
Rob holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations, complementing his deep technical knowledge with proven leadership ability.
Peter Grippo
VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTMENTS
Peter joined Madison Pacific Properties in 2023 and is primarily responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and executing real estate investment and development opportunities across the company’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Madison Pacific, Peter was Director, Business Development at Madison Group, where he led business development initiatives, identified strategic growth opportunities and supported a range of corporate initiatives across multiple business lines.
Before joining Madison, Peter spent 10 years with PwC, where he was a Director in Corporate Finance, advising private businesses on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $1 billion.
Peter is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), having earned his designation in 2013, and is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.
