Silverdale Hills contains approximately 1,400 acres of residential development lands in Mission, British Columbia. The site is near the community of Mission, with easy access to an abundance of natural lakes and parkland, amongst other amenities, and a convenient 60-90 minute travel time to major destinations in Metro Vancouver. In 2020, a master planned development began on the initial phases, consisting of 162 townhomes and 65 single family lots, including a community amenity building, and was completed in 2023. Future phases of development are under consideration.
